India Post — Non delivery of report to reliance industry silvassa

I have sent an envelop to reliance industries ltd silvassa, (Pin code 396235) on 1st june, 2017 by speed post via receipt no. (Em[protected]in) The envelop has not yet been delivered even though 6 days have passed. On tracking it shows that it was received at naroli on 5th june at 10 am. There is updation thereafter. The payee is located at abt 180 kms from mumbai and speed post does not reach in 6 days while ordinary post should deliver is a total surprise. Request to pl ensure it is delivered today positively. last item Bagged at NSH Noida.
No More status update on speed post tracking site.
