India Post — Non delivery of the speed post

I have booked a consignment by speed post to get delivered at the following address

The consignment number is eu[protected]in which was booked on 1st july’2017 at 12:53 from aliganj s. O. Lucknow. I have tracked the consignment it is showing received at maharishi s. O. Noida and also showing status as item delivered. So far the consignment has not been delivered to the correct address. Sir this consignment is very important to me. Please help me out of this problem and make the consignment delivery asap at my given address. Please do it fast.
