India Post — non delivery speed post

I am kanchan i have applied atm card in obc bank. Atm card send by bank date is 8/9/2017. I am tracking me speed post no. Aq[protected]in.
It is delivered in shikohabad so. I am asking in post office but postman say your card is not here i dont know government website is wrong or postman is. They dont tell me any information about my card. Mob.[protected]

I am not able to track my article no EE[protected]IN detail online...post office of leh to padum zanskar guys are not helpfull ..please help.i need it so urgent...it was booked on 09 Sept 2017 on srinagar gpo to zanskarpadum...it has not reach yet in zanskar padum...so where be it plz send it as soon as possibleto padum zanskar
