India Post — Non issue of duplicate NSC certificates

I have applied for issue of duplicate NSC certificates which I lost due to theft in my house on January 2015. On April 2015 I applied for duplicate certificates with all documents as requested by post offices concern. Till now I have not received any communication for the above issue. Postal dept. is unable to inform regarding the progress though it is more than 18 months since I applied for duplicate certificates.

1. Name:Debabrat Kumar Nayak, Regd No: 609, dt-19/20.12.2014.
Post office: Rourkela-2, certificate No: 04NA249295, 04NA249296.

2. Name:Debabrat Kumar Nayak, Anima Nayak
RegdNo: 316129dt-23.06.2011, Post office-Rourkela HO post office.
Certificate No:03EF630181, 03EF630182.
