Dear Sir,
I have purchased 2nos watch through SBI REWARDZ online one of them was dispatched via speed post no:EH[protected]IN, I traced it in aftership site &found dispatched from gugaon Haryana on3.12.2016 .the same was shown delivered on 09.12.2016 at ujjwal nagar sipat, But actual it was delivered me on 10.12.2016 at 11:30am, after opening the box I found it empty.
Please check & give appropriate solution.

Good day

this is regarding speed post done from mumbai to delhi on 2nd December - EM[protected]IN.
Bag Number - EBM[protected]
it's been 10 days since it was dispatched from mumbai but still not recieved at delhi.

kindly look into the matter as this is a govt related document

Date 29/11/2016 itna time ku lagta sir ajj 7/12/16 why are delay
