Non-receival of 4 (Four) numbers of registered parcels (Ca[protected]in, ca[protected]in, ca[protected]in, ca[protected]in) sent from your post office dated 11.11.17 and 27.11.17 to agartala, tripura, 799001 — further complain thereof.
I sent 4 (Four) number of registered parcels from pt colony post office, hyderabad, pin-500060 addressing to my father ranjit deb (Professor), 13/1 north joynagar, agartala, tripura, 799001 containing valuable and important books, notes, study materials etc for gate exam, 2018. But unfortunately, the parcels has not been received till date whereas in the mean time, i have arrived home. Accordingly, i made on-line complaint (No. [protected], [protected] on 27.11.2017 and no. [protected], [protected] on 07.12.2017). But yet no fruitful result has been observed for which my career future is in stake.
The tracking shows no update from 12th november and no satisfactory reply received till date from the online complaint.
Now, i request you to take immediate necessary actions so that i can receive my above valuable parcels soon.
