I sent a parcel on 6th march 2017 from delhi sansad mard ho post office via speed post, ticket no. Ed[protected]in. But it never reached the addressee.
Online status says that it was returned back to delhi sansad marg ho due to insufficient address. I filed an online complaint giving them sufficient details and asked them to sent it back as it was an urgent parcel.in complaint correspondence it was directed to sent the parcel to addressee since full address was provided in web complaint so i felt assured. But to this date parcel has not reached the addressee. I don't know where my parcel is? On speed post tracking there is no updation since 10th of march when first time delivery was attempted. On speed post complaint tracking there is just auto updation which says the same old thing that delivery not happened on 10th of march due to insufficient address.
I couldn't find a no. Or email id to talk to a somebody at customer care. None of the no. Provided or email id works. No idea where my parcel is or what to do?
