India Post — not attending registered post customers after 3 pm c

Address: Haridwar, Uttarakhand, 249408

I have an important document which required to be deliver in 2 or 3 days... But i m unable to post it because one day it was server error and next days they refuse me by saying its 4 pm and we attend the registered post customer only by 3 pm. Always they say come next day after lunch.

Very poor service no one is taking initiative to help customers.
