I'm not being able to track my consignment- A CP[protected] which was sent from Phagwara to Siliguri on 27th June, 2017. And still I'm not being able to track, it's says details not found. When I'm trying to contact the customer care, it says busy. What is the use of having customer care when the people incharge don't receive the call of the customer. India Post, please do the needful as soon as possible and give me the details of my consignment. It has been more than 5 days and yet I'm not being able to track??!! Hoping for respond as soon as possible!!
