India Post — Not Deliver any post to my address

Address: Doda, Jammu and Kashmir, 182221

Dear sir,
The post office bearing pin code no 182221 located at seri in bhaderwah area of doda district j&k, he/she don't delive any one of my university or any other document to my adress...i dont received any post from this post office. Some times my examination form last date is gone but he/she don't deliver marks sheet of my university.
