India Post — Not delivering the parcel at home

The postman at pazhuvil west kerala, dist thrissur, zip : 680564, refuses to deliver the home delivery parcels at home...this is not the first time...earlier also they call up and inform that they dont deliver parcels at home. they also say if we dont go and collect it then they would return without informing further. I have been sending parcels from gujarat to kerala on consistent basis. Till now they havent delivered one single package to home by saying that it is not their duty.

Dear Sir,
My aadhar card is not delivered to till now. But its generated by aadhar services last year. So pls do the needful & also my CCNA certificate not delivered to till now this dispatched in 2014.
