India Post — Not got Acknowledgment of RPD no RM[protected]IN

I pradnya Jadhav (surve ) had done RPD on 18/11/20016 to register A. K. zade, Mumbai -400001.Today 35 days been passed but yet I have not got any reply.Please see I get the reply as early as possible.
Please do the needful and cooperate me.
