India Post — Not received my order till now which was supposed to be delivered by Oct 23rd

I have not received my order which was shipped by a seller from ebay.
The seller had shipped the item on 14-oct-16 with the following shipping details:
Courier name: india post (registered / ordinary post)
Airway bill number: cl[protected]in
Remarks: user edited

It has not reached the destination till now. kindly check and let me know when is it supposed to be delivered at my address.
