I can not received private news paper by post.

1. Liberty news paper.
I was raise a complain to liberty office ahmedabad. But he was said me, we send your news paper by post. But i can not received any doc from post.
O plz solve my query and revert me on priority base. And i went to go at narol post office but no one can give me proper and satisfied answer.
