India Post — Not received the money order

I have done vpp parcel through India post to jaisingpur from sangli and my parcel is received to my customer safely and she had given the money but I have not received it yet . It has been nearly 20 days and whenever I track it always shows current status in sambhajipur b.o.
I kindly request you to check and inform me as soon as possible.Thank you
