It has been more than 4 days since the bag was despatched from new delhi rs tmo to srt nagar s. o but there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked. item no ed[protected]in

Dear sir
sir mera pan card aaya hai jiska post no. RM[protected]IN HAI . jo ki 22.11.2016 ko sarkandi post office pahucha hai, jo track karne se pata chala hai . lekin mai tab se baar baar jata hu . post office wale bolte hai aapka daak abhi tak nahi pahucha hai .mai kya karu sir please help me.
