India Post — ordered item not delivered

My order tracking no eq[protected]in which i had ordered from club factory had not yet bern delivered by me and it had already passed 14 days of the expected delivery date.. Expected date was 23rd november.. It was sent through india post domestic and the available tracking information is not up to date and also not available to be tracked.. Can you please help me in that matters... I'll be very thankful..
