India Post — ordered product not received

My consignment number is. Ch[protected]in i ordered on 11 august 2017 and the product was despatched on 15 august 2017 to guwahati. But now i m not getting the parcel. I am not even getting any information regarding the parcel. The work service in guwahati is really not good. Please i request to look into the matter and information me.
