India Post — package not delivered since 10th october 2017

I had placed an order with kylie cosmetics (www.kyliecosmetics.com) for mumbai wherein i've paid about $40 for the same on 5th october 2017.

It was shipped from the usa on the 10th of october 2017, and it shows that it has reached delhi (Delhi foreign post office) on the same day.

Post which there is absolutely no update.
I called the post office at least 5 times (Which is a task in itself) and their response to my calls is "we don't know anything about the package. Whatever has to happen will happen"

And now, i don't know where is my package.

Somebody please help?

Hllo sir I am Hiranya ray, meine ek 18/11/2017 ko speed post kiya tha, jo 22/11/2017 ko pohocha, lekin mera packet pura change kor diya or meine jo mobile veja tha uske badle muffler ko packet kr k de diya, so how to trust post office stuff, so kindly kya krna porega mujhe sir(EH59631660IN)
