India Post — package not yet delivered

Address: Kamrup Metropolitan, Assam, 781171

Dear sir/ma'am,

A package with tracking number eq[protected]in has not yet reached.
Package was sent by club factory shopping app to guwahati through india post. I have not yet received it.
No information from india post has been received by me regarding the delay either.
Please help as i have already paid for the package.
I am unable to contact them or track my package in any way. Please help me retrieve my package.
