India Post — Parcel delayed/tracking not updated after reached kol ap tmo

On 8.7.21, I had dispatched 2 parcel for the destination of Domjur (pin-711405), and contai(pin-721401), bt after 2 days it reached to kol ap tmo and still now there is no new update ...it's urgent for my 2 sisters during covid situation...pls help me ...the tracking ID s are CW[protected]IN and
CW[protected]IN ...pls pls pls pls pls pls pls help me to deliver the 2 parcels..

Why are u so careless ?? In this covid situation everyone's parcel is important for his/herself ...why r u delaying toomuch to solve the problem?? Did we not paid u for our parcels?? Not only that the helping no is always ringing bt no one is eager to receive it ... In Krishnanagar head post office they are also take it casually...They r also not interested to give me any information ...Is it really calls speed post???? Sir / mem i[censored] can free for 1 mnt pls give reply of my query...
