India Post — Parcel from Australia Post

Address: Kolkata, West Bengal, 700102

I am waiting for a parcel sent from Melbourne Australia, and it has not been delivered. The last status is see on the net https://www.indiapost.gov.in/VAS/Pages/trackconsignment.aspx with my tracking number EJ[protected]AU is that my parcel is at Kolkata post since 10th February 2017.

Please advise how can I get the parcel delivered to my address "Midland Park, Block AN, Offic#3, Nayapatty, Sector V, Slat Lake, Kolkata - 700102" successfully at the earliest and what is the estimated time fro delivery from today.
