India Post — Parcel not delivered but in online it was showing delivered

Address: Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

My self monish my parcel was not delivered but in tracking status it was showing delivered my consignment number was en[protected]in.
Same was registered as compliant by me my compliant number was [protected].
In that parcel my original degree certificates are there please do the needful or contact me soon.

While tracking online about my compliant the error message coming please try again after sometime since two days.
