I had sent a parcel to my sis on 18/02/2017. I even registered a complaint on their website regarding the status of the package. But till date i have not received even a single respond from INDIA POST. As a matter of fact I even went to the Transaction Office for help but the SO was very convenient to simply tell me he cannot help me further other than checking online(which I did the same too!). What is the SO roles when he is not able to resolve customer's concern?
It is more than a month now and till date there is no status update about my package. The package is extremely important and i really dont know what further step i should take.
