India Post — parcel not received 11/10/17

My parcel has to come from germany. Consignment no. - cl[protected]de
Date of dispatch 11/10/17
It has been 1 month and i haven't received it yet. On tracking facility available on india post website, the status has not been updated since 1 month.
I am in deep concern and wish for an urgent help in this matter.
