India Post — parcel stuck in jabalpur

Address: Jowai, Nh,6, Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya, 793150

I have order medicines from indore and they send via india post tracking id ci[protected]in on 5 july... But when i tracks it, its shows despatched from jabalpur and it stuck there... So slow. And is not updated it current status since 07/07/19. So i want to know the current status of my parcel. India post is very slow
