[Resolved] India Post — Post office stolen my package

I ordered 1 watch RQ[protected]MY tracking number shows delivered, but i haven't got the package, they have stolen my parcel, without my signature updated delivered, when i go every time they say we dont have any package for you, i lost my 1200 rs, postman says i dont have your parcel, officd incharge it has been list or mixed up with ordinary parcel pls help

According to tracking its shows delivered, but i haven't got the package & the postman says we don't have any parcel for you, when i say them give me a written letter for that they are denying for that they have stolen and updated in tracking delivered, without my signature how they updated delivered, show my signature & the office incharge of 411061 says it have been mixed up with ordinary package we will search and in tracking its shows delivered on 31 august 16, tell them to give me written letter that they don't have parcel or my money

India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by monty49 I ordered 1 watch RQ[protected]MY tracking number shows delivered, how its resolved in whoms favour show my signature, i haven't got the package, contact postoffice 411061 tell them to shoe my signature, they are telling we don't have any parcel for you because they have stolen it
