India Post — post return without information & reached address

श्रीमान,
मेरी डाक speed post number - ex[protected]in जो कि postman (Bo pure nursingh bhan pratapgarh) के द्वारा बिना सूचना और पता खोजे वापस कर दिया गया। जबकि मैंने डाक को track करने के बाद विनय जी (Mo. No. [protected]) को फ़ोन किया कि मेरी डाक आपके पास है जहाँ कहिये मैं आ जाऊ।
वो बोले की ठीक है मैं बताऊंगा । इसके बाउजूद वो डाक मात्र आधे घंटे में ही वापस कर दिए।
डाक अभी nsh allahabad 9.36 pm में रिसीव हुई है।
अतः श्रीमान जी आपसे निवेदन है कि डाक को पुनः वापस bo pure nursingh bhan भेजने की कृपा करें। डाक मेरे लिए बहुत ही important है।
Please do the needful.
