India Post — Postman not delivering parcel at my address complaining that parcel is too heavy

Address: Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh, 231219

Postman not delivering parcwl to my address saying that the parcel is too heavy and cannot b delivered... Parcel just contains books which may b maximum 4 to 5 kg apporox.. I dont think 5hats too heavy... Post office is obra sonbhadra utrar pradesh pin code is 231219.. This is not the first time i have been asked previously also to not order such heavy items pls see to the matter otherwise i have to file complaint in rti
