Sir i had applied for a pan card and the postman did not give me my pan card. I gave my pan card to someone else and now the person is asking for money to give me my pan card. Registered Letter No. RJ[protected]IN sent from Ranchi G.P.O. to Agartala High Court on 07.09.2017the item is still lying with Ranchi (CRC). No further movement. The matter is very emergent as case related matter of the Supreme Court of Inda.
