Sir, a Regd. Letter was posted at Rangeilunda Post Office during 6.6.17 to 15.6.17 by DEC Director in my address "Mugdha Dhar, Nehuru Nagar, 9th Lane Berhampur is not delivered hence this Complaint.

Rakhi pack posted from Chandigarh to Bangalore. Special Rakhi box was kept in the post-office, but still they have failed to deliver it by now. I had posted on 20th July. Its been 18 days.
