I have booked a percel to an address in Delhi on 29 October 2016. The parcel had returned in my home address instead of delivering it to Delhi on 1st November 2016.
I tracked the percel and it says that from Katwa head office it was delivered to NSW Burdwan. From there they send the parcel in my home address instead of delivering address.
So it is clear that the employee in NSW Burdwan is careless, he didn't check the proper address from booking details. I have been charged rupees 320 for this. What to do? Was this information helpful? |
