India Post — receiving speed post

I am a philatelist my friends sends me the post and used to paste the stamps so that i can collect the used stamps and from last two times i found that stamps pasted on the packets are missing. Further to inform you that both the letters are sent from different location therefore this is a issue with the delivering post office not from where the packet is booked. For the ref. I am mentioning the current ems no. Ef[protected]in

this is my tracking number
tjhis parcel received in CHENNAI FOREIGN POST OFFICE and they sent to BANGALORE SUB FGN POST. i called to BANGALORE SUB FGN POST they didnt picckup call and its showing 45 days
