India Post — Registered post missing

Hi..i have sent power of attorney from germany on 6th july through dhl and it reached india post delhi on 9th of july it has to reach hyderabad but since then there is no update of the letter
It is a very important letter from german embassy which i have to submit in india reference no-- RT[protected]DE
Please deliver it as soon as possible no update since very long
