India Post — Registered post not delivered after 28 days

I have sent a registered post on March 7th from Bangalore to Trento, Italy that includes very important documents necessary for the Visa renewal. The last update on the tracking website is on March 9th (Insert item into bag (Otb) at Mumbai). It is almost a month and I have not received any updates from anywhere, neither the post office nor from the complaint I registered a week back.

I would like to know when will the post be delivered to the destination. If not, let the post be returned as soon as possible with refund.
