Please help to clear the product from customs.

The bag was despatched to NEW DELHI RS TMO. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked. Item No is ED[protected]IN

Hi Sir,
I am not able to track my consignment(EM[protected]IN) on portal .
I was submit my consignment to post on 12th Jan 2018.
Tracking portal does not show me any status.
Please look in to it and do need full.
