India Post — retention reason : retained by customs for unspecified reason!!

Hi All,

I recently ordered a supplement (overseas). However, for the past week the tracking comments indicate "Retained by customs for unspecified reason".

Kindly let me know, if I need to contact the customs office? Or will my package be lost?

It would be greatly appreciated, if some one could assist me further!

Just saw your tracking info. It seems that the parcel has been release. Did you submit any documents or they released it themselves?
