India Post — Shipment delay and stuck in customs

I have shipped from Saudi Post (SPL) one parcel to my family in my wife name (Fazila) which contains dry fruits & chocolates, and it was still not being delivered to my family and enquiring in India Post, they said maybe its stuck in custom.
