India Post — Speed Post delay for over 11 days in Kolkata

I have booked a Speed Post parcel EW[protected]IN on 25th November from Durgapur Steel Town West SO. It is still in Kolkata for the last 11 days. Why is it taking so long to deliver a parcel which is in Kolkata Surroundings? The PO office does not takes up calls nor reply to any mail. Please anyone resolve the issue or contact me as it is very urgent to deliver the parcel to the location.. 11 days have passed and still its roaming in Kolkata only. It is transferred from one location to another! Please resolve the issue. Its a very urgent parcel and its been 11 days just roaming in Kolkata!!! This is not at all expected from India Post!

Can I get a confirmation whether it has been dispatched?? I need that parcel very urgently.. It's roaming in Kolkata since 12 days!!! Why no action has been taken from Kol TMO? It rarely takes 2-3 hours to reach that parcel!
