I had booked a speed post at PALDI S.O. (AHMEDABAD)-380007, dated 26.08.2016 reference transaction no is. EG[protected]IN. It was to be delivered to Mr Praveen Kumar, Indusind Bank Limited, Seva tower, 3rd Floor Block C, Plot No.19, Sector 18, Gurgaon - 122001.
I am trying to trace the letter since last week, status on site is showing as Article delivered on 29/08/2016 15:54:00 by Palam Road S.O PO
But as i had inquired into the bank, till date the letter is not received by them.
I had tried to contact at Palam Road S.O. Post office over phone and in person through my friend, but to my disappointment they are very rude, unprofessional, having no status update except given on site 'which is delivered on 29/08/2016 15:54:00 by Palam Road S.O PO. I had also discussed to the postman by response was same. They are not able to give any proof of delivery even.
My speed post was containing Demand Draft and a Cheque in the favour of Indusind Bank against foreclosure of my personal loan. Till the date it is not delivered, i have to bear interest cost., hence i request you to please look into the matter on urgent and resolve at the earliest or arrange proof of delivery.

I am sorry to say but now i am having worst experience of life while dealing with Indusind bank.
I am sure enough that i will not get any kind of fair solution, so better tell me how much amount Indusind bank need to close my PL account.

You and your team of Indusind Bank is doing thank less job by making your customer tired of following you. It's around one month of continuous follow up n bank is unable to give solution of my issue.
I remember you always insisting me to contact through mail because i believe you are so cautious about banks social image that's why you contact me within minutes of my posts at social networking sites, otherwise all my mails are going in deaf ears.
Definitely this worst experience will lead me to refrain myself for all possible future business with your bank as well as no recommendation to any one.
