A speed post (EP[protected]IN) which was sent to Norway on 1st September'2016 has still not been received at the given location. Its already been 13 days which is too much delay in service according to the type of service it is "Speed Post" and charges are also way too much comparable to normal post. It was sent from Chandigarh, India to Kolbotn, Norway

Sir,
I have nsc nos 96EE[protected] of rs 10000/- on 30-8-16.Since then lady has not issued cheque of maturity value of NSC.
Please arrange to pass on instruction to her and advice her suitably to issue me long pending cheque.This is two day job for which she has taken a week till now.
