India Post — Speed Post Not Recd. EA[protected]IN

Dear Sir,
Pan card of my father was dispatched on 20/03/2017 against Airway bill no. EA[protected]IN but till today we have not received the same. There is no issue of address because at same address we got 2 members pan cards in last week of march 2017, also we are continuously contacting with our postman.
Online status is showing at Hathin S.O from 1/04/2017.
Plz get delivered the same.

Updated by digamber4628 After complaining within 1 minute I got a call from India post mob.[protected] and this person was demanding Rs.70/- for delivery and also used abusive language with me.
Plz take some immediate action & confirm.
