India Post — Speed post parcel not delivered

Consignment no ed[protected]in is still not delivered at the correct place. However i had sent it 5 days ago. The parcel is being sent in the same city from east delhi to west delhi. Why is it taking too much time? I am getting no response for my emails or registered complaints.
Resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Deliver the parcel to the destination place quickly. It is urgent.

I have sent a money order of Rs.2000 from khengrapatty post office on 17/08/2016 and its been 15days, the money hasnt been recieved.
All the website for tracking the emo online is useless.I need an urgent response for this query
It will be a great help if you look in this matter on an urgent basis.
