Pathetic service by the staff. When we asked about certain doubt regarding the posts the staff replied very rudely telling don't imagine somewhere while telling. I was listening to her but didn't understand what she was telling . Her reply was very rude to customer . If possible do improve on customer service as many elderly people also come there frequently.

My 2 parcels from the US which are very much under the custom duties limit have been held at the DIMC since a month now. No one answers the phones and there is no way to find it they say. I would like my parcels to be delivered ASAP. This is unacceptable! Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest. Please contact me by email ([protected]@gmail.com).
