I booked one article from jekegram post office, thane (Maharashtra) on 23rd august `17
Vide receipt no em[protected]in and it was delivered on jogeshwari (Mumbai) 400102 only on 1.09.17. It is a local transaction and supposed to deliver just next day. The funniest thing is that the concerned jogeshwari post office was just sleeping and washed out their hands telling that the "door was closed”. It is not possible because it is a big office of state bank life insurance!! The article was delivered only after the telephonic talk at gpo[protected] on 1.09.17. The whole matters were written and sent to the cpmg and to all concerned officers for the refund. But i got the mail from the supdt, nsh to contact to the booking post office for the refund. It is ridiculous!! Sir why i should run pillar to post just to get the
Refund when it is a gross postal deficiency!! Call back to consumer dated on 13/9/2017. But same was not picked up.
It is not a small matter sir, and the postal department prefers to keep quite. That`s the reason the people loss faith on them. That`s the reason the people abuse them. That`s the reason the efficiency does not improve. The culprits take opportunity for the lacuna of the system.
Hope your goodself will be kind enough to see that i must get the refund as per the ethical value and the system.
