India Post — theft alert

My parents sent a parcel in which half of the items are missing! India post is the most unreliable source of sending good to your family. All the new clothes with tags are stolen, the clothes that i have purchased for my nephews and nieces are missing. These people are real robbers

The parcel was sent from hisar to bangalore
And post person called to come and collect the same they did not even come to give.

My parcel was collected and dispatched from RMS TMO RANCHI on 6th Jan 2020, then no update found, I am unable to track it, there is very urgent to pick up.

i am not able to track my courier from 17th december. The courier is not yet delivered.

My package which I ordered from Ali Express was moving at a reasonable speed from China to India, but when it got to Ghaziabad CSO (CRC), it got stuck there. It's been stuck since 22nd december.
