India Post — Unable to track my consignment

A consignment was booked on india post on 7/11/015. Till date no information has been updated. whenever i try to track it always shows item booked at EPPC- Parel. My consignment no. is AW[protected]IN . This type of issue had been happened to me once and it was delivered after 3 months. Please help me to get my consignment. Thanks

The item was dispatched from EPPC Parel 17 days ago but hasn't reached my city, Kolkata yet. There is no update on the tracking page.

Consignment no.CM[protected]IN cant be traced after it was received by EPPC parel on 29th sept 2020.It has been more than 20 days but no update after that, please resolve the issue.

My consignment no. CM[protected]IN can't be tracked after it was received by epp parel on 9th now and today's its 17th nov but no update..plzzz send my parcel asap .I have a flight in 1 week
