India Post — Unable to transfer sukanya smridhi account from post office to bank

Address: Kolkata, West Bengal, 700047

I have opened a suknya smridhi account at Ganguly Bagan (700047) post office last year and now I want to transfer it to nearest SBI bank. As per post master there is no formal process for that. Due to rush at post office I could not able to put any amount this year till date. Please help me to trnsfer thos to bank ASAP.
