My Mother has account with Post Office Basavan Bagewadi. A/C No. is [protected]. We lost it and we need duplicate passbook. But, Basavan Bagewadi Employee is telling, We have to give Police complaint and need to submit FIR copy then only they will issue Duplicate Passbook. Please help us.
