Whenever my post comes post-office is not delivering it to my place.. Indira nagar lucknow post man is transferring the post to chinhat lucknow post office and they are again reverting it to indira nagar. They are not giving any detailed information for the same.. And when we visit them, they misbehave... Due to this many of our important documents are misplaced

I havent received a speed post till now tracking id EU[protected]IN. post office didn't contact me.tracking just shows that the product is delivered to tollygunge ho..but on contacting there.they send i need intimation slip which i have never been provided.please help me in this regard..it is very costly item.
